The guys at LifeCycle have literally changed my cycle life and I am very grateful. The bike fit done by Rich was amazing, he was patient and thoughtful with his direction and advice. The demo seat operation they run is fab - allowing the customer the opportunity to try different seats for a length of time assisting making the right choice before final purchase. It’s a journey a little more than just down the road for us but we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks to one and all.

On the final stage of our three week bicycle trip across England, to catch the ferry from Harwich back to The Netherlands we experienced serious brake problems. Looking for a repair shop we unexpectedly passed the Lifecycle shop in Bildeston, who were willing and able to help us. They immediately noticed our back brake pads were completely worn out. Fortunately they had the necessary spare parts and were able to replace them, and also give us some background information and advice. Very nice and professional guys. After the repair the bikes were like new! We made it to the ferry with more than enough time. Thanks again guys 😀

If Carlsberg made bike shops... ...literally the best shop out there, there is very little they don't know, even less they can fix and they have the time for you to discuss exactly what's right. Just beware of the coffee, it's super strong!

I was just out on a 5 day bike-packing tour with some friends riding from London to Norwich. On day 3 my rear mech snapped while on a country road. I called over 20 shops in the area and no one had a replacement. I thought that this was going to be the end of my ride until I got a hold of Rob. This man, my new hero, was able to come up with a solution to my mech issue and drove an hour out to where I was stranded to get me back on the road. I don't think I've ever spoken with anyone more knowledgeable about bikes. He went above and beyond what I hoped for. Rob, I will never forget your kindness and support. Thank you so much!!
