Best surgery there is in Suffolk - couldn't ask for a better service

Fantastic local GP. Everyone is friendly, and you don’t feel like you’re an inconvenience, which has been my experience with previous practices elsewhere.

I’ve been with Bildeston Health Centre for many years. The practice is as good as it gets. Friendly,helpful,caring staff. Drs that actually care. Dr Hainsworth has always been there for my family and myself. Thank you everyone.

I suffer badly with panic attacks so was not looking forward to going to get my covid jab 2 weeks ago. I needn't have worried, as the lovely Kay on the desk and the brilliant Doctor Hainsworth, both put me at ease. The whole set up was fantastic, no hanging about, straight in and out. Believe me, if you have panic attacks, thats exactly how you want it to be. Bildeston Health Centre is second to none, all the staff and Doctors are friendly, helpful and very supportive.

Just had an excellent experience with Bildeston Health Centre’s eConsult. An easy to follow online form sent to the practice via smartphone and a reply/advice received within the hour. I have always found the practice to be friendly and efficient and the doctors and nurses wonderful. If this is a sign of the way some appointments can be made in the future then it has my approval.

Bildeston Health Centre is second to none. Every one working there is always helpful and polite. We have had Dr Hainsworth for the whole time we have lived in Suffolk, being almost 26 years. We know if we go down to the surgery in the morning we will be able to see him. We may wait an hour or so but I prefer that to having to keep phoning up and not getting an appointment. My husband has had many complex problems with his health and Dr Hainsworth has always been wonderful not only in his diagnosis but helping my husband to cope mentally with the problems. Not many people have been as lucky as us to have had the same doctor through so many years. We are both very grateful for our wonderful doctors surgery.

Known Dr. Hainsworth professionally and socially for 15 years. The man is fair, impartial and has great integrity. He is wonderful to our elderly patients. What a shame to have some cowardly fantasist post something so scurrilous about one of the best GP,s in the area. Sam D ought to be ashamed.

Always able to to see a Doctor on the same day if you don't mind a wait, people don't realise how lucky we are to get that service, friendly receptionits and very good Doctors no matter who you see. Lived all over the place and this is the best Doctor amenities I have ever had. Long may it continue.
